Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us!  We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Please include the order number with your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your return item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of a store credit. 

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or store credit.  All items ending in .99 are final sale.

Black Friday sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or store credit.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for purchases.  However, you can return your item and, if the desired item is available, the purchase may be made separately.
